Where can i park?

Guests of Olympic Spa are welcome to park in the Hotel Ballard garage (entrance on 20th Avenue). To use the garage, simply find a spot in the garage, park, come up to the spa to procure a temporary parking pass, and place it on your vehicle's dashboard. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment for this process. Additionally, there is street parking, and a number of paid lots in the neighborhood.

When should i arrive to my appointment?

Generally speaking, arriving 5-10 minutes in advance will give you time to settle in, use the restroom, and enjoy a delicious cup of tea before your service starts! Do bear in mind that traffic and parking issues can arise, so give yourself ample time to arrive.

What is your cancellation policy?

To protect the business of our service providers, Olympic Spa does not allow service reductions or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the appointment start time. Cancellations within this 24 hour window prior to the appointment start time are subject to a late cancellation fee amounting to the total cost of the service(s).

I'm running late, what should i do?

Life happens! Call us at (206)456-3799 as soon as you know you will be late to your appointment. Depending on your service providers' schedule, we may be able to accommodate your service, however this is not usually the case. If we are not able to accommodate, we will need to charge you for the cost of the service per our cancellation policy, as we do consider this to be a late cancel.

Does olympic spa book for groups or events?

We love to help our guests celebrate, whether for a birthday, wedding, anniversary, or just because! If you are interested in booking for three or more guests, please email us at spadesk@olympicspa.com. One of our coordinators will be in touch to create the perfect luxury experience!

Can I book multiple SERVICES at a time?

To book multiple services for yourself and one other person, please follow our online booking form! However to book three or more services for yourself and/or a guest, please send us an email to spadesk@olympicspa.com. Our coordinator team can work with you to create the perfect day of pampering and relaxation.

Can I bring my child with me?

Due to the nature of the spa, we do not allow small children in the spa. If your child is old enough to receive a service (12+), they are certainly welcome.

My child needs a massage, can they get a massage here?

Yes, however we do require a parent or guardian to be in the treatment room with your child.

Massage therapy is covered by my health insurance plan, do you accept health insurance?

While we do not accept health insurance ourselves, many clients do have success with submitting a claim for reimbursement from their health insurance. Please reach out with any additional questions on this matter.
